LGIOM takes any complaint very seriously. If a client or financial advisor has a need to complain about any aspect of the service provided by LGIOM then they should write to the Compliance Officer at the address below. If after a reasonable time you feel that your complaint has not been satisfactorily dealt with, you can contact the Isle of Man Financial Services Ombudsman or the Isle of Man Financial Supervision Commission.
