The AV Alliance is an association of four specialist technology providers offering sound, lighting, projection and information technology services. The significance of the alliance is that it is able to deliver the complete spectrum of technology services to the conferencing and events industry.
The AV Alliance is the preferred audio visual partner to the Cape Town International Convention Centre (CTICC). The AV Alliance was responsible for the design, installation and maintenance of the integrated technology systems at the venue, and currently manage the wide array of internationally acclaimed events offered at the centre which include, amongst others, the:
- Vanessa Mae Concert;
- South Sea Jazz Festival;
- International Diabetes Conference;
- International Society of Blood Transfusion Conference;
- Airports Council International Conference; and
- 16th Commonwealth Education Ministers’ Conference.
Whether co-ordinating a product launch, a trade show or company strategy event, the AV Alliance utilises state-of-the-art equipment through its network of suppliers. Each alliance member is an industry leader and assists in providing sound, lighting, staging, rigging, photography, entertainment acts and projection requirements.
