The Louis Group Business Academy was established in 2003 with the aim of teaching individuals the 'secrets' of building a sustainable business while promoting the virtues of stewardship, honesty and integrity. The collaboration with the University of Stellenbosch Business School, and the provision of the international accreditation, allows the Group to offer this unique programme anywhere in the world.

Built on the principle of "Learning through Discovery", this free business tuition programme, offered four times a year, is wholly sponsored by Louis Group and is able to offer students both the knowledge and practical experience gained through the Group's nine decades of business growth.

The Academy offers business owners practical suggestions on how to manage their business effectively, teaches them how to survive in difficult business climates and how to take advantage of opportunities when they present themselves. This practical approach ensures the comprehensive personal and professional equipping of the learner.
