Louis Group successfully secured these prized contracts, amidst fierce competition from international property companies and large European Banks. Crucial to the achievement of this contract was the Group’s exemplary track-record in property sale and leaseback transactions, its property management expertise, its entrepre-neurial financial solution packages and the strong family culture of the Group – similar to the cultures of both Aldi and Tengelmann.

Louis Group has also successfully completed a development of luxury apartments in Bonn, together with other strategic purchases in this renowned German city.
