ENGLAND
Benefiting from nearly a century of the Louis family's entrepreneurial experience, Louis Group's UK operations are based in Stratford-upon-Avon, England. The UK offices were established to provide property broking and management services for the Group's property acquisitions in Europe, which include both commercial and residential properties in England, Isle of Man, Germany and Switzerland.
GERMANY
Louis Group International expanded its global footprint in 2005 to include a number of key property acquisitions in Northern & Southern Germany, which comprise both retail and residential properties in prime locations. A large number of supermarkets were acquired and let to the Aldi, Rewe and Netto Groups. Louis Group continues to hold a positive outlook for its German commercial and residential properties, which are managed internally by Louis Group Property Services.
ISLE OF MAN
Louis Group identified the Isle of Man as an ideal base for its European Fiduciary Services interests due to the island's reputation as an offshore jurisdiction, its exemplary financial regulatory framework and its AAA ratings from both Moody's and Standard & Poor's. Our offices are based in Douglas (the Island's capital) and the company is licensed by the Isle of Man Financial Supervision Commission to provide Corporate and Trust Services. The Isle of Man property portfolio is comprised of a mix of office and industrial properties, which have been let to strong covenants.
SOUTH AFRICA
South Africa is the birth place of Louis Group, which has grown and flourished from its foundation in Bloemfontein in 1914 to its current form as a multi-faceted family owned enterprise with interests in property, hotels, technology, financial services and venture capital. The African HQ is based in Cape Town, where the Group has substantial interests in commercial, industrial, office and retail property. Its impressive selection of Cape Boutique Hotels and a private wine estate are also located in the Western Cape.
SWITZERLAND
Switzerland has again been ranked #1 by the World Economic Forum's Global Competitiveness Report, re-emphasising the advantages of operating from Switzerland. The Group invests in Swiss real estate and operates an Asset Management Company from its offices in Zurich.
