Komsberg Farming offers an all-inclusive crèche facility in order to take care of the many children of the more than 300 employees on the farm. The crèche provides employees with peace of mind regarding the safety, nutritional needs and well being of their children while they focus on the functions of this rapidly developing farm.

An experienced Crèche Manager, together with supervisors and dedicated helpers, take care of the numerous registered children. The children receive nutritional meals daily and the food provided is carefully monitored to ensure that a healthy, balanced diet is followed. The children's developmental needs are also being met by structured activities that include counting, painting, singing, organised movement and story telling.

The crèche caters for children between the ages of six months and seven years old and the enclosed child-friendly area is equipped with swings, slides, a rocking horse and jungle gym to ensure that the children are able to play safely in a supervised environment. The opportunity to leave their children with responsible caregivers during the work shifts, has met one of the most important needs of the employees on the farm.
