• Madission: a retail and office development with exclusive residential apartments in Umhlanga, South Africa;
• The Devon Valley Hotel: the redevelopment of state-of-the-art conferencing and accommodation facilities in Stellenbosch, South Africa; and
• Northridge Mall: the redevelopment of a 18,000m² retail mall in Bloemfontein, South Africa.
