This versatile division provides exemplary management, administration and maintenance support to the Group's property portfolio, as well as to a select number of private property owners. The experienced team negotiates lease terms, collects rentals, maintains properties and facilitates security and cleaning services.

The team of professionals within Louis Group Property Services also partner with tenants to ensure that their premises expand and adapt in accordance with the growth of their business. In order to enable tenants to meet their business goals, the Property Services team is able to gain access to a number of services on behalf of its clients, by virtue of its relationship with Louis Group (Africa), such as:
