Louis Group (Africa) embraces an entrepreneurial spirit, which extends beyond the Group’s diverse business interests to its strategic initiatives and social investment projects. Louis Group (Africa) believes in the value of continually collaborating with like-minded people to find creative solutions to existing business challenges and to discover innovative new ideas to expand our business interests.
Our creative approach is undertaken on a systematic basis in order to increase the level of knowledge available to both the Group as a whole and the respective business units where it is most needed.
The Group also believes it is important for the business community to contribute to the social and economic needs of the broader community. Our primary social investment projects include the Louis Group Business Academy and Komsberg Crèche.

Louis Group’s Business Academy, an internationally accredited, wholly-sponsored business programme run in association with University of Stellenbosch Business School, is built on the principle of ‘Learning through Discovery’. This six-month business tuition programme offers students both the knowledge and practical experience gained through the Group’s nine decades of business growth. The focus of the Academy is on equipping individuals to start and manage their own business or to work more effectively within their current roles.
Komsberg Farming offers an all-inclusive crèche facility which takes care of the many children of the more than 300 employees on the farm.
